Dave Lawson, President.
Dave has worked in the agricultural chemicals and professional horticulture industries for more than 30 years. Prior to starting L&A in June 2002, Dave worked in various roles of increasing responsibility for two multi-national agrochemical companies. He is experienced in strategic planning, development, and commercialization of pesticides. During his career, Dave has worked in various positions including agricultural product development, field research, and legislative and regulatory affairs. Dave holds a Masters Degree in Agronomy and B.S. Degree in Biology. He has also well versed in Chemical Toxicology, Environmental Law, and Business Law.
Mario Ibarra, Regulatory Compliance.
Mario has now worked for L&A for the past five years. His primary roles are in auditing pesticide businesses and their application practices. He also provides bilingual applicator training and continuing education for PCO's and PCA’s. Mario provides translation services for labeling and training issues. Previously, Mario worked for the Department of Pesticide Regulation for over 30 years. His primary responsibility was in Pesticide Enforcement. In his most recent years, he has been Regional Enforcement Manager for the southern region of California.
Kyle Lawson, Associate.
With a Master’s Degree involving advertising, business development, and branding, Kyle has been managing the internal operations of L&A over four years. He is currently involved with client-specific projects, database development, and business operations. He’s also responsible for the production of specialized materials, direct-marketing, and event coordination. Kyle is involved with water/air quality legislation, nutrient management, dealership auditing, and field inspection.
Tom Keith, Media and Productions.
Tom has spent a lifetime in videography, photography, and news business. He’s produced several training and stewardship related videos that were approved by DPR for “train-the-trainer” certification. Tom has also provided audio/visual support for several State Required training sessions. His recent videos include: Safe Pesticide Handling, Reduction of Drift from Aerial Application, Fumigant Applications, and Product Stewardship for Paraquat Products. With his extensive knowledge of broadcast news operations, Tom has developed numerous successful promotional videos for our clients.
